Quick Asian Pickles
1 large cucumber, roughly peeled and thinly sliced1/4 C rice vinegar2 t sugar1 T sesame seeds, toastedsmall pinch of salt
-toss everything in a bowl-refrigerate for 30 min - 1 hr-eat it!
