No fancy setup here. Just a quick snap before I ate the heck out of this bacon chocolate chip cookie! You can see that I had already broken off a bit to eat before I realized I wanted to take a photo. This was the perfect treat during an all out friends-only (no enemies allowed) art-making session last week. Skillfully baked by Daniel Adam McKee. 
Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies
2  C flour 1/2 t baking soda1/2 t salt3/4 cup melted butter or bacon grease
1 cup brown sugar1/2 cup sugar1 tbs vanilla1 egg1 egg yolk1 1/2 cup chocolate chips1/2 lb bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped 
- mix dry ingredients in small bowl- mix melted butter and sugar in another bowl- add egg, yolk, and vanilla into the butter and sugar mixture and mix until creamy- stir in dry ingredients. fold in bacon & chocolate.- spoon onto baking sheet, bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
